Sylvain de Rozevire est né en 1988 à Nantes. Après un parcours en menuiserie, il obtient une licence en architecture intérieure et design à l’École Camondo à Paris en 2012. Puis en 2014 il est diplômé d’un&#38;nbsp;Master en Design Objet et Espace à l’École Supérieur de Design de Reims.&#38;nbsp;
Designer produit avec une pratique des processus de fabrication à la croisée de l'artisanat et de l’expérimentation, Sylvain est ouvert aux opportunités de collaboration dans la création et la conception d'objet. Son expertise relève du design produit, direction technique, scénographie ,éco-conception, modélisation 3D et prototypage.

Il travaille au sein de son atelier en associant des expériences en Fablab et une activité d’enseignement à Strate école de design Lyon. Il y dispense des cours de modélisation 3D et rendu d’image 3D.


Installé à Lyon, il est ouvert à de nouvelles collaborations et expériences.

	Tel un scientifique, par l’expérimentation j’ai cherché à donner à l’homme les moyens de domestiquer un phénomène naturel, le nuage. Ce projet offre une part de contrôle sur des paramètres de variabilité, des jeux de temporalité, de mouvement et de lumière.Le tout est basé sur des réalités physique de ce phénomène qui est par nature impalpable, instable et inaccessible

	MATÉRIALISER permet l’apparition éphémère de la matière nuageuse, dans un environnement contrôlé. C’est un objet conçu tel une mise en scène pour la contemplation. La mise sous pression manuelle met en marche le processus, tous les paramètres sont gérés par électronique. Et la matière naît.Le fruit de ce phénomène est obtenu par l'ajout d'eau et d'air. La nature fait le reste.
	
	 CONDENSER est autonome, il génère par le principe physique de condensation, une surface évolutive, vivante. L'abat jour est un ensemble fait d'eau, ce sont les gouttes de condensation qui transmettent la lumière. L'homme peut interagir sur le phénomène, en accélérant ou en ralentissant, le cycle perpétuel de l'eau. La diffusion de la lumière se trouve marquée et des projections apparaissent sur les murs.Par le caractère vivant des objets, il peut se mettre en place des comportements particuliers, l'interaction devient dynamique et proactive.

Il n’y a rien de plus banal que des nuages dans le ciel. Ils me fascinent par leurs balades au gré des vents, par leurs beautés qui captent mon regard. Par les formes qu’on y dessine et par notre rapport intime à leurs réalités. Et sans oublier leurs caractères, passant de l’innocent cumulus au furieux cumulonimbus, qui nous surprendra pendant un repas d’été. Ses formes et sa matière activent en l’homme des désirs et envies qui dépassent le constat matériel du nuage. Il est un outil pour nos projections conceptuelles. Par le passé, il a été fondateur de nombreux concepts, allant des religions polythéistes aux arts. L’homme s’est souvent servi du nuage comme support d’expression, une manière d’exprimer un point de vue ou des sentiments par la référence nuageuse. Cette matière est un moyen de dépasser le sens premier des choses, comme un enfant qui regarde un nuage et qui y voit un éléphant. Il imagine cet animal sans que la matière nuageuse prenne le dessus, il y perçoit un concept. De cette manière, on peut assimiler le nuage à un outil favorisant la création, ce qui y inclut la création technique. Il est nécessaire pour aboutir à l’effet nuageux escompter de créer de nouveaux systèmes.
Ce matériau aérien permet de créer du spectaculaire, différemment des matériaux terrestres. Il est un phénomène vivant, avec une durée de vie très éphémère et son aspect porte à la contemplation. La matière nuageuse par sa base d’eau, permet un large type d’usage. Sa fonction peut être aussi variée que notre utilisation de l’eau pour nos besoins quotidiens, qu’ils soient pour notre survie ou notre plaisir. Elle peut être consommable d’une manière aussi simple qu’une respiration.
 Le numérique peut être un moyen de suggérer une autonomie de l’objet et d’une indépendance à l’action humaine. C’est un comportement naturel du nuage qui est indépendant et autonome de l’homme, dans sa formation et ses déplacements. Il est possible de reproduire des comportements objets par l’introduction du numérique. Cela induit la création d’objets cinétiques. Cette notion implique l’idée d’un mouvement produit en continu ou de manière cyclique. La signification des nuages humains questionne. Elle peut apporter une version négative et effrayante dans l’esprit collectif. Et c’est avec le nuage de Tchernobyl, les champignons nucléaires et même les pluies acides que le nuage montre son coté le plus inquiétant. Il tend à poser des raisonnements et des réflexions concrètes sur notre rôle et nos responsabilités contemporaines.
Il agit en tant qu’outil de réflexion et permet une projection de notre imagination. Il agit en rapport à notre affect, une connexion à notre perception personnelle et mémorielle du nuage. Lorsque le nuage est utilisé pour communiquer, il agit non seulement sur l’image collective véhiculée par notre culture, mais il fait aussi appel à notre propre ressenti. Cet action comporte de multiple thématiques, de la contemplation d’une beauté phénoménale, aux évocations de langage, de symbole de la nature, de religion et imagination. L’effet du nuage est global, il agit simultanément sur plusieurs dimensions. Mon action en tant que créateur est de prendre une position et d’affirmer un point de vue tout en prenant en compte les multiples évocations. Il faut utiliser cet avantage qu’offre le nuage, ce n’est pas seulement un matériau de construction picturale ou explicatif. Ses références induites peuvent permettre une cohérence accrue du concept véhiculé par l’objet. Et offre un éventail de possibilités aux futurs usagers de s’approprier l’objet. C’est une force indéniable pour offrir aux consommateurs une expérience forte d’évocations.
